Difficulty Voting?

As I share our nomination and information for voting for programs with partners in our communities, I am getting quite a bit of feedback that this page and the voting process is 'locking' up their computer, or not allowing them to vote (timing out).
Perhaps it is just that all of my partners work at non-profits and local government and our computers are just not compatible with the technology needed to vote on this page? (I do know that some of our school systems have the site blocked because of their filtering process - becomes a challenge to be able to find folks who can vote.)
 Please let me know if there is a solution you can suggest regarding the site 'timing out' or 'freezing up' when trying to vote. Our community is excited about this Challenge, and have enjoyed reading the various submissions. Thank you

    Hi,
    Sorry your partners are having some trouble. Voting should work on their computers, so it's nothing they are doing. We're looking into it with our technical team and will try to resolve the issue asap.

    Hello,
    We fixed the issue causing some users to have trouble with the submission page.  They should no longer see the site timing out or freezing up.  I apologize for any inconvenience.
