Browser Bug

For submissions whose first slideshow image is a youtube video, the sign-up pop-up box appears behind the video and visitors are unable to move the box in order to sign up for an account. This is only happening (as far as I can tell) in internet explorer. Firefox and Chrome appear ok. [Anyone want to verify this?]
If visitors using internet explorer sign in first, they are able to vote. However, if they follow the voting instructions that you have posted (ie: click the vote button from the submission page) they are unable to sign in.
Please amend your instructions or fix your code.
